A Foundational book
The Great Reconciliation presents a vision for the Third Millennium centered on the Garden Generator Concept, a holistic approach to the design of human settlements. The author, an engineering scholar, diagnoses a modern Urban Neurosis caused by a biological conflict between our cooperative Instincts and our experimenting Intellect. He argues in the book that Radical Urbanization has created "static prisons" that destroy the Earth’s vital organs and lead to a state of psychological alienation.
To resolve this, Wagdi proposes the construction of decentralized, holistic settlements/regenerative villages, initiating with the specific prototype called KASBAH3000, which utilize Seasonal Migration to align human life with natural rhythms. This Ark of solutions seeks to move humanity away from a Transhumanist Trap of technological enslavement toward a Regenerative Existence. Ultimately, this book serves as a roadmap for Stewardship, urging the Human Family to use its technical knowledge to restore the planet’s ecological systems and achieve a Thousand Years of Peace.

A Holistic Design for the Third Millennium
Paving the Way for a Regenerative Future where Heritage meets State of the Art Technology
KASBAH3000 or KASBAH of the third millennium isa living prototype of a regenerative human settlement, it is a fully integrated model blending heritage with state of the art technology.
It is a unique interdisciplinary foundation that combines engineering, landscape management, and interdisciplinary sciences.
With its KASBAH3000 initiative, the project Garden Generator is developing a forward-looking model for holistic settlements that combine traditional architecture with state-of-the-art sustainability technology. At the heart of the project is the vision of a self-sufficient eco-village prototype that blends Moroccan architecture such as riads and kasbahs with the innovative Earthship concept. The system relies on closed cycles by combining renewable energies from the sun, wind, and hydrogen with natural solutions such as agroforestry and biological- and water-wastewater recycling. The goal is to create multi-generational living spaces in regions such as Morocco and Southern Europe that minimize the ecological footprint and promote healing for both the human communities as well as the natural environment.
Durable Housing in Rural Areas as an alternative to overcrowded urban areas
The main consulting services of the startup Garden-Generator are related to durable construction and housing in rural areas, energy supply and storage, water supply and storage, durable ventilation, waste management, and holistic approach in managing the fauna and flora. The durable housing units of the startup are inspired by the innovative work of Mr. Reynolds in the USA and his Earthship concept and by the Moroccan traditional building models Riad and Kasbah. The startup intends to expand these concepts up to a micro-autonomous-ecological system based on durable interactions of a family home or a group of human beings with the local nature environment. For that we decided to work on a prototype that will serve as a tourism complex.
The main problems we are trying to solve are:
•Climate change, biodiversity los, water scarcity and environmental degradation;
•Tourism and overpopulation in coastal areas wasting clean water during the dry season;
•Lack of realistic vision for the far future based on the universal laws;
•Sustainable housing in rural areas and limitation to radical growth of urban areas;
•Lack of grid access in some remote areas, rising electricity costs and grid fragility;
•High fossil fuel dependency and high cost of fuel transport to isolated areas.
Art Products
These are some products which were created to generate finacial support and to communicate the garden generator vision non-verbally by Othmane and several local Moroccan hadcrafts men. Art and beauty are important to sustainability, they inspire and bring hope to the heart people, which is a good thing if we want to create a better future.
